Dr. Xue is a prolific author with over 80 papers on peer-reviewed academic journals. Among which, many papers were published on the top four journals in the information systems discipline. Dr. Xue has been ranked as a top 50 IS researchers worldwide by the AIS research ranking system in the past 15 years (2007-2021). Dr. Xue’s work is widely cited, with over 18,000 citations based on GoogleScholar. 

报告内容简介：

This study proposes a novel Model of IS Dissemination (MISD) that distinguishes between passive diffusion and active dissemination of IT artifacts. Drawing upon established theories from healthcare and related disciplines, the MISD framework employs a dual-faceted approach that combines a descriptive analysis of IT ecosystem components with a prescriptive, iterative process based on Pre-assess, Monitor, and Re-assess (PMR) stages. Employing bottom-up, top-down, and coordinated strategies, the model explicates how innovations traverse from design to meaningful user engagement. An action research case study involving a virtual community house for North Carolina children empirically validates the MISD approach, demonstrating its capacity to enhance reach and adoption in complex digital environments. The findings offer both theoretical and practical contributions, advancing academic discourse within the IS community by providing strategic insights that bridge the gap between innovation development and real-world implementation.
