杨添安
杨添安,北京理工大学管理学院副教授、博士生导师。兼任国际职业健康委员会中国区委员、国家留学基金委建设高水平大学评审专家、工业和信息化部教育与考试中心专家库专家与产业发展促进中心国家科技项目管理专家、卫健委专家库专家、中国医学装备协会理事、中国卫生经济学会卫生经济理论与政策专业委员会理事、中国大学生人力资源创新实践大赛(HRU)京津冀赛区执委会副主任、北京市经济社会可持续发展研究基地主任助理。
主要研究领域包括人力资源管理、数字化转型与数字健康、公共卫生政策与管理、社会心理因素与隐性缺勤、老龄化与可持续发展、医疗产业与健康大数据、环境科学与健康(Human Resource Management,Digital Transformation and Digital Health, Public Health Policy & Management, Psychosocial Factors and Presenteeism, Ageing & Sustainability, Health Industry & Health Data,Environmental Science & Health)。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、北京市社会科学基金基地项目,参与多项国家、省部级项目。以第一/通讯作者身份在Human Resource Management Journal(全球人力资源管理领域唯一ABS 4*级期刊)、Journal of Medical Internet Research、Computers in Human Behavior、European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology、BMC Public Health、Human Resources for Health、中国行政管理等国内外知名期刊发表论文60余篇,谷歌学术累计引用2000余次。担任《Human Behavior and Emerging Technologies》《Human Resource Management Journal》《Journal of Organizational Behavior》《Health Care Science》《Journal of Social Computing》等期刊副主编、编委或审稿人。
主编出版规划教材《人力资源管理》《卫生人力资源管理》(本研通用),出版学术专著《健康风险、服务供给及智慧赋能——实施健康中国战略背景下我国公共医疗卫生治理相关问题研究》;多次在美国管理学年会(AOM)做会议发言,获教育部首批国家课程思政示范课程和课程团队、全国首批工商管理专业学位研究生在线示范课程、北京高校就业创业金课、亚洲职业卫生会议优秀青年学者奖、第一届全国数字健康创新应用大赛健康医疗大数据主题赛特等奖、2023CTTI智库优秀成果一等奖、第二届“医疗管理与政策前沿”青年学者论坛一等奖、中国医药卫生管理青年学者论坛优秀口头汇报奖、健康中国建设2023-2024年度征文学术研究类论文三等奖、北京市高等教育学会研究生教育研究分会第十二届优秀高等教育论文评奖活动二等奖等国家与省部级奖励。
