    黄璐,北京理工大学管理学博士,北京理工大学管理与经济学院副教授,2008-2009年在美国佐治亚理工学院访问学习,现任北京理工大学企业并购评价研究中心常务副主任,参与多项企业并购实务。承担国家自然科学基金委应急管理项目《NSFC-广东省人民政府联合基金10年总结和绩效评估》(在研)、中国北方工业公司技术创新“十三五”规划试点研究(在研)、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目《面向企业技术整合和并购的数据采集与分析方法研究》(已结题)、专项基金项目《科学基金资助项目与973计划的关联分析》(已结题),出版《企业并购实验教程》教材一部,与美国佐治亚理工学院、英国曼彻斯特大学知名学者在企业并购领域合作发表论文多篇。主要研究方向:企业并购、技术预测。
