Zhang Lin is professor of the School of Management and Economics of North China University of Water and Hydropower, a doctoral supervisor and a visiting professor at leuven university in Belgium. Mainly engaged in scientific measurement and scientific evaluation, etc..
In recent years, governments and funding agencies around the world have focused and supported cross-scientific projects because of the unique and innovative nature of cross-science. However, what is cross-science in real sense? How to make effective, operable quantization of this complex concept? What dimensions of cross science are revealed in different measure methods? What is the internal connection between different dimensions? Compared with traditional research, what is the actual effect and influence of cross science? In this lecture, professor zhang Lin will share a series of interesting theories and empirical results from the perspective of scientific metrology.
