Luo renfu is an associate professor and doctoral tutor of the School of Modern Agriculture, Peking University. In order to improve the efficiency of rural public resources allocation, break the intergenerational transfer trap and promote rural development, using the methods of randomized intervention experiment, he has carried out research on rural public goods supply management and policy, rural children nutrition, health and education, the early development of rural children, and the rural elderly security.
To understand the existing problems in the early development of poor rural children, and explore feasible and effective way to promote the early childhood development. To provide reference to policy-making decision to speed up our country’s shift from a human resource giant to a human resource power.
