Introduction
 
Wang Xiucun, Ph.D, is a professor of marketing at the School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology, had been a visiting professor at London Business School, UK, invited professor by Erasmus Mundus (EU) at the Technical University of Madrid, Spain and the director of China Marketing Association of Universities.
Her research interests concern the marketing productivity, international marketing and consumer behavior, one of her research is “the marketing performance measurement in the era China’s accession to the WTO (No.70141035 financed by the National Natural Science foundation of China)”. She developed marketing strategy for several IT companies.
Her books include Marketing Management (2009), Global Marketing (2002), Managing the Relationship with Customer (1998). She has published papers, including “Measures of Marketing Success: A Comparison Between China and the United Kingdom” in Asia Pacific Journal of Management, “An Investigation into market-oriented new product development Performance” in Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology, and others in International Journal of Research in marketing, Business Strategy Review, Marketing Herald.
Her teaching work include the Marketing Management to MBA and Global Marketing to graduate students at Beijing Institute of Technology, and to the students of the International Master in Industrial Management at the Technical University of Madrid.
