Research Interests
 My academic interests cover many aspects of economics, management, marketing, particularly on service marketing and the assessment on customer perceived service quality in different industries, such as retail industry, financial market and financial industry, information technology industry, hospitals and public service area. The service quality which customers perceived changes from one to another. So it’s very difficult to measure the level of service quality and then it becomes a big problem to satisfy variety of customers with high level of service quality. I have worked on the project of the study of assessment models on customer perceived quality, which were supported by the National Sciences Foundation of China (NSFC). I’m also interested in Public Crisis & Emergency Management. Because of the industrialization and population enlarging result in enormous environment problems globally. And further more, there are a lot of special features in this research area in China. This is a very complicated problem at present in our country. So, there must be a lot of research work that need us to be done.
